Score DIY mimosa kits, sticky toffee pudding, and so much more

As Houstonians are stuck indoors observing the county-wide “stay at home” order, this year’s Easter dinner will have to be at home. Fortunately, many Houston restaurants are offering their Easter menus for takeout this year, which means that everyone isn’t stuck cobbling together a celebratory meal from what’s available on sparsely stocked grocery store shelves.

Use this list as a guide to the city’s best takeout options for Easter Sunday, ranging from DIY mimosa kits to prime rib. Eater will be updating this list in the coming days with additional options as new information becomes available.

  • Frank’s Americana Revival — Call the restaurant at 713-572-8600 to order individual or family-style plates of prime rib, loaded baked potatoes, and grilled asparagus. The restaurant will be open from noon to 8:30 p.m.
  • Alice Blue — Call the restaurant at 713-864-2050 to order a family-style feast for $150. Options include rack of lamb and roasted beef tenderloin, roasted marble potatoes, and apple crostata.
  • Traveler’s Table — Call the restaurant at 832-409-5785 to order a 3-course tasting menu for $50 per person. Options include shiitake-edamame dumplings and Peking-style duck gyoza, roasted leg of lamb, and mango lassi panna cotta.
  • Weights & Measures — Call the restaurant at 713-654-1970 to order a family meal that includes a whole roast chicken, three veggie sides, gravy, and jalapeno-cheddar bread for $45.
  • A’Bouzy — Call the restaurant at 713-222-6899 to order an $89 Easter basket that includes a bottle of Veuve Clicquot, truffled egg salad, charcuterie, cheese, and more snacks.
  • Peli Peli — Order $50 meal kits that include four entrees and four sticky toffee pudding desserts at all Peli Peli locations online.
  • State Fare — Call the restaurant to pre-order a Easter dinner kit that includes ready-to-cook biscuits, bacon, sausage, eggs, and the ingredients for the restaurant’s southern-style breakfast potatoes. The $84 kit includes a 4-pound honey baked ham, and DIY mimosa or bloody mary kits are also an option.
